Artwork Description
Mindful is a lenticular original art print created by contemporary digital artist Gillian Linden, layering multiple images into a lenticular illusion of three dimensional depth.
Linden's process works by assembling and layering multiple images, drawings and other media which is clearly displayed in this artwork. Graphically styled marble textures create a three dimensional background, while a photograph of light, steam and finger streaks in a mirror spelling out the word 'mindful', stands between us and the space. Within the space between the layers is a pencil sketch of a nude female figure, which appears and disappears as you pass by the artwork.
In monochrome shades of grey tying the various layers together digitally, this original lenticular art print is UV printed to art gallery standard on premium lenticular lenses at our online shop, and professionally box framed with anti-reflective art glass.
Delivered as an official lenticular special edition from the artists, each original art print is registered for authenticity and ownership through London's Tagsmart art verification system and produced only at The Lenticular Art Gallery in Kent.
